Pavement and Compaction Machinery Industry 09 Annual Meeting and Innovative Application Seminar was held in Wuhan
From December 10th to 11th, 2009, the 09 Annual Conference of Pavement and Compaction Machinery Industry and Innovative Application Seminar was held in Sentosa Hotel, Wuhan, Hubei. This annual conference was organized by the Pavement and Compaction Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association. Sponsored by the Hubei Highway Society Road Construction Machinery Professional Committee. Nearly 90 representatives from 61 units of compaction machinery, road machinery manufacturing and supporting enterprises, highway construction management and construction units, relevant scientific research institutes and industry media from all over the country attended the annual meeting. Su Zimeng, Secretary General of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, Xin Xiuming, Assistant President of China International Contractors Association and Minister of Engineering Department, Chen Biao, Deputy Director of Hubei Provincial Highway Administration, Hou Liguo, Director of Maintenance Department of Zhejiang Provincial Highway Administration, and Pavement and Compaction The main leaders of XCMG, Luojian, Liugong, Sanming, Shantui, Volvo and other key enterprises in the machinery industry all attended the meeting. The meeting exchanged in-depth views on the development of the industry. Everyone believes that the road and compaction machinery industry has achieved substantial growth this year under the influence of national investment, which makes every company in the industry feel rejoiced, but should not ignore the prosperity lurking problems. The delegates unanimously agreed with the view put forward by the association secretariat to "look carefully and soberly at the super-rapid market development this year".
The theme of the conference revolves around two aspects: on the one hand, it is the exchange and discussion of the current industry market situation and future development trends; on the other hand, it is about the application innovation of compaction machinery and road machinery.
The conference officially opened on December 10. Wu Jingwu, chairman of the branch, delivered an opening speech. Chen Biao, deputy director of Hubei Provincial Expressway Administration and vice chairman of the Hubei Highway Society Road Construction Machinery Branch, delivered a speech on behalf of the co-organizers to welcome the delegates and introduce Hubei Province. The development status of highway construction, and the application and practice of new highway construction and maintenance technologies, new processes and new equipment in the highway construction system in Hubei Province.
Su Zimeng, Secretary General of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, made a report on "Analysis of my country's Construction Machinery Industry Situation". The report pointed out that in the first 10 months of 2009, the sales revenue of my country's construction machinery industry increased by 13% year-on-year, and the annual sales revenue is expected to increase by more than 12% year-on-year, reaching about 310 billion yuan; the annual export is expected to be about 7.7 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of about 40%. %; Su Zimeng also analyzed the relevant investment hotspots and policies affecting the development of the construction machinery industry in 2010 from a macro perspective at home and abroad.
Wu Jingwu, chairman of the branch, gave a report entitled "Seize favorable opportunities for steady and sustainable development", and briefly analyzed the current situation and competition situation of the industry market. The construction of major infrastructure has provided huge business opportunities for our road and compaction machinery industry; at the same time, the industry situation is still improving next year. Chairman Wu suggested that enterprises seize the current favorable opportunity to develop and strengthen their brands; at the same time, Chairman Wu It is also proposed that industry enterprises must strive to improve product reliability, strive to develop international markets, pay attention to improving profitability, prevent vicious competition, and promote the steady and sustainable development of the road and compaction machinery industry.
Focusing on the current industry market situation and future development trends, XCMG, Luojian, Volvo and other companies made speeches at the conference.
Luo Zehua, deputy secretary general of the Pavement and Compaction Machinery Branch and editor-in-chief of "Construction Machinery Technology and Management" magazine, made a report entitled "Analysis of the Development of my country's Pavement and Compaction Machinery Industry" on behalf of the Secretariat. Secretary-General Luo's report focused on analyzing the development situation of my country's road surface and compaction machinery market in 2009. From January to November 2009, the cumulative sales of road rollers was 14,785 units, a year-on-year increase of 51.5%! Among them, 2,632 units were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 29.2%. Excluding the drag from the export market, the domestic market of road rollers increased by 101%! As of November, a total of 1,489 asphalt paver units were sold, a year-on-year increase of 34%, of which 107 units were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 48.6%. Market sales increased by 53.2%! The sales volume of road milling machines was 155, a year-on-year increase of 29.2%; it can be seen that the sales of road rollers, asphalt paver and road milling machines in 2009 have all set new historical records. There are still a lot of negative effects. Secretary-General Luo suggested that in the current situation of significant growth, which is rare in history, we should maintain a "prudent and sober" attitude, and rationally view the market characteristics of compaction machinery and road machinery as special equipment.
The delegates agreed that this annual meeting is rich in content and highly targeted, especially in the context of the current domestic and foreign economic environment changes drastically and the market situation is complex, it is an important reference for the development and decision-making of enterprises in the pavement and compaction machinery industry. The role and guiding significance provided a good communication opportunity for the representatives of participating enterprises to recognize the development situation of the industry and grasp the development opportunities in the future.
