job description:

1. According to the process plan and process design, organize workshop process audit, equipment, tooling and mold deployment;
2. Participate in the design and development of new products, assist the workshop to formulate trial production work plans for new products, manage the preparation work and modification work, review the use of equipment and tooling, and check the compliance of equipment and tooling production requirements;
3. Assist the workshop to organize production according to the plan, work closely with the quality department, analyze the conflict of the production process, provide solutions to the problems related to the process, and promptly and properly handle the quality and technical problems that appear on the production site;
4. Review the workshop process plan, fill in the production and assembly process card according to the process design, conduct research on site management, process improvement and cost control, and collect process data;
5. Assist department leaders to prepare process documents such as process manuals and quality control point instructions, train operators to properly maintain and operate existing and newly purchased equipment and tooling, equip workstation equipment, and instruct employees to produce in strict accordance with the process flow ;
6. Assist the workshop to formulate, write and revise the post safety operation rules according to the regulations, supervise and check the strict implementation of the employees in each process;
7. Responsible for the management and revision of various process records in the workshop, carefully check the filling and preservation of process records, check and guide employees to fill in and use the records, and collect, organize, bind and file them regularly;
8. Responsible for the technical training of employees, organize employees to learn process regulations and various standard operating procedures, educate employees to abide by process regulations, and establish a strict inspection system to ensure the correct implementation of process regulations and operating regulations, and improve production operation level, To ensure the smooth progress of production;
9. Participate in the analysis and investigation of technical quality accidents and equipment accidents in the production process, actively carry out technical progress and rationalization suggestion activities, and organize the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.


Specific requirements:

Education: full-time bachelor degree or above
Major: Mechanical related major
Work experience: more than 3 years relevant work experience
